A precautionary measure by the investigating judge of Spoleto was thus executed.

The investigations, directed by the Spoleto Public Prosecutor’s Office, concerned the bankruptcy of a company based in Foligno and also operating outside the region in the clothing and accessories trade.

The alleged illegal conduct to the detriment of creditors and the Treasury thus emerged. In particular, all the deeds of sale and lease of a business unit that followed one another for a decade were reconstructed and analyzed. According to the financial police, these occurred between subjects who were always connected to the same entrepreneurs, who gradually led – according to the accusation – to the dissipation, impoverishment and distraction of the company assets.
