(ANSA) – AOSTA, 28 JUL – Anonymous letters with mocking phrases in view of the first Aosta Pride, scheduled for autumn, and complete with the event logo were found in the center of the Aosta Valley capital.
“They were in some cars and we do not know who may have left them. These are not very nice letters, there is certainly a homotransphobic component when it refers to the fact that you can come dressed as a woman”, comments the president of Arcigay Valle d ‘ Aosta, Giulio Gasperini, of the Aosta Pride committee. They are addressed “to existing people but not to politicians.
Now together with the committee we will understand what to do, how to behave “.
In the writings the recipients are referred to with expressions such as “our registered partner and sympathizer” and “our dear supporter and luxury cardholder”, to Aosta as “magical libertine city” and to Pride as “masked party”.
The event program includes a parade on Saturday 24 September and a ‘Pride week’ with various cultural initiatives.
Given the political elections on September 25, the organization is considering whether to change the date. (HANDLE).
