(ANSA) – REGGIO CALABRIA, 29 JUL – A woman was denounced by the local police of Reggio Calabria for mistreatment of animals for having left her dog locked in the car under the sun for an hour, with temperatures that in these days are attesting about 35 degrees. The agents intervened after a report to the operations room of the local police command and found a mestizo locked in the car. The animal appeared in a state of serious discomfort, so much so that the operators found that the animal had copiously thrown back into the cockpit. After identifying the owner, who brought the dog down for the treatment of the case, the agents carried out the necessary investigations and complaints. The owner will be referred to the judicial authority for animal abuse.
The animal should get by despite the serious consequences caused by staying in the cockpit (ANSA).
