(ANSA) – SAN BENEDETTO DEL TRONTO, 02 AUG – Vessa her sister because she lives ‘in the West’ with her Italian companion.

For this reason, agents of the Judicial Police of the Commissariat of San Benedetto del Tronto (Ascoli Piceno) arrested a young offender of Afghan nationality, residing in the city, the recipient of a precautionary custody order in prison issued by the investigating judge of Ascoli Piceno at the request of the Power of attorney. The man is seriously suspected of persecutory acts, serious threats, damage and beatings to the detriment of his cohabiting sister and her partner. The measure, carried out on 22 July, was announced today by the Ascoli Police Headquarters. Following investigations carried out between February and June, launched after the woman’s complaint, a series of psychological harassment and domestic violence by the young man against his partner emerged, guilty in his eyes of having entered into a sentimental relationship with an Italian and to lead a “western” way of life.

The suspect repeatedly repeated persecutory acts with beatings and threats even against his sister’s companion who was approached and threatened several times.

The juvenile judicial authority has in the meantime issued an order for the removal of the young person to protect his sister and other minor cohabitants. The arrested was transferred to the Ancona prison. After the interrogation, the investigating judge of Ascoli then applied to him the precautionary measure of removal from the family home and the prohibition of approaching the injured person.
