(ANSA) – GENOA, 02 AUG – A concessionaire for the management of a lottery office which in 2015 in Albissola Marina (Savona) had failed to pay the proceeds of the gambling was ordered by the Court of Auditors of Liguria to pay around 38 thousand euros for tax damage in favor of the Excise, Customs and Monopolies Agency. In 2016, an official of the Office of Monopolies for Liguria had denounced the owner of the bookshop after an accounting check that had led to a formal reminder to obtain the sum of the proceeds from the bets not paid for a few weeks. In 2016, the Customs and Monopoly Agency had also ordered the revocation of the concession of the same Lotto sales office and the associated tobacconist resale, forfeiting the deposits provided for in the contracts in these cases.
