Consult, no more incentives for hiring Fvg residents

(ANSA) – TRIESTE, 03 AUG – The Constitutional Court has overturned the regional law which provided for greater contributions for the recruitment and stabilization of workers domiciled for the longest time in Fvg. The Court, with sentence no. 199/2022, blocked the regional provision which provided for the possibility for the Region to increase the amount of its contribution against the recruitment and stabilization of workers who have been fiscally domiciled in the region for a longer time.
“The Region wanted to help its fellow citizens who have lived in Friuli Venezia Giulia for a long time to reoccupy themselves. The law did not limit the possibility for workers from other Italian or foreign regions to come and carry out their activities in the region, far from it; to support to a greater extent the citizens of Friuli Venezia Giulia who have lost their jobs as a result of corporate crises in our territory “, commented the governor of the Fvg Massimiliano Fedriga and the regional councilor for work, Alessia Rosolen.
