(ANSA) – VARESE, 04 AUG – The Financiers of the Provincial Command of Varese have carried out a preventive seizure for over 16,000 euros, ordered by the Gip of Varese at the request of the Prosecutor against an entrepreneur from Varese, for having unduly obtained a contribution to non-repayable fund provided for by the so-called Relaunch decree, law 34/20.
The financiers of Gaggiolo found anomalies in the request for assistance made by the entrepreneur at the end of the first lockdown, in particular on the turnover of April 2019, which appeared in proportion too high and therefore unlikely compared to the turnover of the entire tax year. The GdF therefore reconstructed the turnover pertaining to April 2019, finding the undue perception.
The entrepreneur was then denounced for ideological falsehood committed by the private individual in the act of a trustworthy nature and undue perception of public funds, while the company was reported for administrative liability of the entities. In the investigations, a false self-certification emerged that allowed the entrepreneur to illegally pocket the non-repayable grant for a value of about 16 thousand euros. (HANDLE).
