(ANSA) – CASTENASO, 04 AUG – The funeral of Alessia and Giulia Pisanu, the two sisters from Castenaso (Bologna) who died on Sunday morning hit by a train in Riccione station, has been set for tomorrow, Friday 5 August. From 8, in the church of the Madonna del Buon Consiglio in Castenaso, the funeral home will be open and at 10.30 the funeral will be celebrated. This was announced by the Municipality. It will be a public ceremony open to all, because the two sisters “were much loved in the village”.
The Pisanu family, who in recent days has opened the gate of their home to the condolences of many people, expressed the desire for a simple ceremony at the end of which the two coffinches will be led on foot towards the municipal cemetery. City mourning will be proclaimed in Castenaso.
The family does not allow audio-video footage and photographs inside the church. (HANDLE).
