(ANSA) – CATANZARO, 05 AUG – The interrogation, as an offended party, of Beauty Davis, the twenty-five-year-old of Nigerian origin who reported being attacked by her former employer, lasted about three hours in the prosecutor’s office in Catanzaro, Nicola Pirroncello, 53, owner of a bathhouse with restaurant in Soverato, after having asked to be paid for the hours actually worked as a dishwasher.
Mouths sewn in front of the Palace of Justice at the end of the interrogation of the woman who was accompanied by the lawyer Filomena Pedullà.
The girl denounced the owner of the place where she worked in July who is under investigation for personal injury, theft and threats. In support of the woman’s thesis there is a video footage broadcast live on a social channel and acquired in the proceedings, which documents the steps of the protest carried out by Beauty inside the room which then resulted in a real physical attack with slaps and insults towards him.
Beauty Davis, who has been in Italy for five years and the mother of a 4-year-old girl, was accompanied to the public prosecutor’s office in the capital by the lawyer Filomena Pedullà who assists her. (HANDLE).
