(ANSA) – TRIESTE, 07 AUG – An investigation into the shooting that took place on the morning of 4 September 2021 in via Carducci, in the center of the Julian capital, is still pending in the Trieste prosecutor’s office. The investigation, coordinated by the prosecutor Chiara Degrassi and opened for carrying a firearm, is aimed at clarifying the only obscure point of the story: how many weapons were used. For the moment the only certain element is that two have been used but the number could be higher.
The excerpt was opened against both members of the Islami family and a member of the opposing family, the Krasniqi, after, in recent months, all 12 subjects linked to the Islami family, under investigation for various reasons for attempted murder one and aggravated injuries to the others, have pledged the accusation with penalties ranging from 2 years and 4 months to over 4 years and 8 months.
