(ANSA) – CROTONE, AUG 12 – A twenty-year-old, originally from Crotone but residing in Emilia Romagna, was found wounded late yesterday evening with very serious injuries to the head and body, most likely caused by the violent beating suffered by a bunch of peers in a street behind the Court of Crotone.
A Suem 118 health team arrived on the spot and transported the boy to the hospital in Crotone where he was stabilized. Given the severity of the injuries, however, the doctors ordered the transfer to the Pugliese-Ciaccio hospital in Catanzaro.
The Crotone Mobile Squad is investigating the episode. At the moment, the reasons for the violent assault suffered by the boy remain unknown. Investigators, in order to obtain further elements and identify those responsible for the violent attack, are viewing the images acquired by the video surveillance systems in the area. (HANDLE).
