Part of an uninhabited building in Palermo collapses, no injuries

Young man attacked in Crotone, Mihajlovic:

(ANSA) – PALERMO, AUG 15 – Firefighters and police officers worked all night for the collapse of part of the perimeter wall of a dilapidated and uninhabited building in Corso dei Mille in Palermo. The debris ended up on the street.

No injuries. Only one car that was parked right under the building was damaged.

The firefighters secured the area and checked whether the other part of the building was in danger of collapsing. It is assumed that the structure has undergone water infiltrations over time that have weakened the internal concrete reinforcement. The rains of recent days may have given the coup de grace. In recent months there have been several collapses in Palermo. Two in the central Via Roma, where large brick balconies ended up on the street. Even then no one was injured. (HANDLE).
