(ANSA) – PORDENONE, AUGUST 18 – The Gip of the Court of Pordenone has ordered, against a 55-year-old man, resident in the province, the execution of a precautionary measure, already carried out by the Flying Squad, for sexual violence against of a minor, which provides for the prohibition of approaching the injured person at less than 500 meters, with the prohibition of communicating with the young person by any means. An electronic bracelet was also applied to the man.
This is a first measure, pending further investigations, to prevent any meeting between the man and the girl. The investigators would have in fact collected elements in the course of a targeted investigation, based on which it is assumed that the stepfather may have sexually abused the child, and probably since the little she was only eight years old.
In recent weeks, the state of great suffering experienced by the little girl who, according to him, “was forced to do some bad things with her mother’s companion”, had been reported to the Pordenone Police. The agents of the Mobile Squad of the Pordenone Police Headquarters, coordinated by the local Public Prosecutor’s Office, immediately launched an investigation. (HANDLE).
