(ANSA) – MILAN, AUGUST 19 – A preventive seizure decree issued by the investigating judge of Milan against two women of Moldovan origin, mother and daughter respectively aged 63 and 47, and resident in Galliate (Novara) and Trezzano sul Naviglio, in the province of Milan, was carried out by the Carabinieri of Corsico. This was announced by the provincial command of Milan.
The provision, worth about 100 thousand euros, was issued because the two women are believed to be responsible for an incapable circumvention activity (with the aggravating circumstance of the abuse of domestic relationships, cohabitation and hospitality) and self-laundering.
“The provision – explain the military in a note – originates from the lawsuit filed by an 87-year-old elderly woman from Trezzano sul Naviglio suffering from serious pathologies against her former caregiver (the 63-year-old) and her daughter, denouncing the total embezzlement of her assets “.
The investigations revealed that the suspects would have managed to seize 161 thousand euros by inducing them to carry out acts such as the opening of a joint current account and the signing of a general power of attorney to administer the assets, justifying these operations with the need to obtain a greater practicality in assistance.
The two, according to the accusations, would have spent the money to pay off a loan and buy two houses in Milan and Biella. The decree also includes the seizure of a car and current accounts. (HANDLE).
