(ANSA) – TRIESTE, AUGUST 26 – Last Saturday with “black sticker” on the Autovie Venete motorway network for this summer season. Tomorrow, according to the forecasts of the Concessionaire, heavy traffic is expected and at certain times of the day, especially starting from mid-morning and until late afternoon, even critical, with the formation of queues along the west carriageway, or from Trieste to Venice. Approximately 175 thousand transits are expected.
As happened last Saturday, archived with 177 thousand passages, the last departures for the summer destinations will be mixed together with the commuters of the sea. Spotlights on the Lisert barrier where 40 thousand transits are expected (between entrances and exits), on Latisana (altogether almost 30 thousand passages) and on San Donà (almost 20 thousand transits).
The situation, says Autovie Venete, should improve already from Saturday evening and for the whole day on Sunday, characterized in any case by a “red dot”. Slowdowns could always occur at the entrance to the Lisert barrier and at the entrance to the Latisana toll booth.
Heavy vehicles will not be able to circulate from 8 to 16 tomorrow and from 7 to 22 on Sunday. (HANDLE).
