(ANSA) – CATANZARO, AUG 26 – The carabinieri of the Compagnia di Cosenza arrested a 48-year-old for the crime of mistreatment in the family. The military of the Cosenza Principal Station carried out a precautionary order issued by the investigating judge against the man who had already been reported in a state of freedom for mistreatment of the 45-year-old cohabitant.
The military investigations made it possible to reconstruct the difficult and dramatic family situation in which the woman found herself for several years due to the aggressive and violent behavior of her partner, who used to beat her accompanying such behavior with threats and offenses. The man put in place a series of conducts aimed at demeaning and oppressing the personality of the woman, constantly humiliated and oppressed. For this reason, the investigating judge, at the request of the Prosecutor of Cosenza, issued the precautionary measure against the man who was taken to the Cosenza prison. (HANDLE).
