Thunderstorms scattered over Italy over the weekend and hail risk. In some areas there will therefore be thunderstorms, at times even intense, and the sun will shine on the remaining Italian territory. This is the prediction of Antonio Sanò, director of the site www.iLMeteo.it.
The northern regions will be the main target of the Atlantic disturbance transiting Central Europe over the weekend.
On Saturday afternoon, the unstable fresh air coming down from the Alps could trigger thunderstorms from eastern Lombardy towards Emilia Romagna and Veneto. Since these are scattered thunderstorms, in the afternoon they are also expected in the central regions, with particular involvement of inland Tuscany, Umbria and Marche.
Sunday will again see the possibility of scattered thunderstorms, this time from the North-East towards the Center and also the South. on the Adriatic belt; some downpours could then quickly reach Puglia and Basilicata in a context that is in any case mostly sunny.
For next week, the forecast is for good weather on Tuesday except for local downpours in the North, with an Atlantic disturbance arriving on Wednesday afternoon starting from the northwestern sector.
