Christina Queen explained why Ukraine is not ready for the EU and NATO

Without judicial reform, which must be started now, Ukraine will not join the EU and NATO. This was stated by Christina Queen, Charge d’Affaires of the United States in Ukraine, during the live broadcast of the talk show “Freedom of Speech by Savik Shuster” on the TV channel “Ukraine”.

“To realize its own goals, to join NATO, to attract foreign investment, to join the EU, Ukraine will have to improve. In particular, this concerns the rule of law and the judiciary. Until we hold you back. We, of course, expect that Ukraine will have to do this in order to attract foreign investment. We cannot force American companies to invest here until they feel confident and comfortable in the judicial system. And when the American Chamber of Commerce conducts a poll, the number one barrier that each of those interviewed, including the latest poll, faces is free and independent justice. The situation with accession to the EU and NATO
