Zheleznyak is friends with Razumkov. But he does not build a common political future with him / Collage “Today”
Removed, according to the parliamentary faction “Golos”, the chairman of the faction “Golos” Yaroslav Zheleznyak is in no hurry to announce his new political ties. He said that he does not yet see a common political future with the former speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Dmitry Razumkov.
Yaroslav Zheleznyak stated this in an interview with Ukrainian News.
“Voice” forever?
“Razumkov and I are true friends, but we have never discussed the political future. This is a topic that I do not raise, because it is not correct on my part, either in relation to Golos, or in relation to Razumkov himself. Let him answer the questions of his political future himself. At the moment, I definitely do not confirm information about any of our common projects with him. Kira Rudyk remains my political leader, and the team of the Golos party remains, and nothing changes here. “– explained Zheleznyak.
At the same time, the politician noted that he believes in the political future of Golos without former leader Svyatoslav Vakarchuk and without Sergei Prytula, who went to create his own political project.
“I and the head of the party, Kira Rudyk, believe in the “Voice” project. The ratings will change many times, and if the presidential race is the first, then we can completely forget about them now – this has no practical significance. The presidential election campaign will adjust how the next parliamentary elections will proceed“, – noted Zheleznyak.
The situation in the “Voice”
- On October 22, People’s Deputy from the Golos party from the Justice group Olga Stefanishina said that Zheleznyak had been dismissed from the position of chairman of the faction – the corresponding decision of the faction was read out at the meeting by the new speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk.
- Then Zheleznyak said that there was no legal basis for this and he remained to the chairmen of the parliamentary faction “Golos”.
- Zheleznyak’s disagreements with the Justice team began a month ago. In September, from the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada, he proposed to the Servant of the People to pick up 11 of its deputies.
- In June, showman Sergei Pritula announced his withdrawal from Golos due to dissatisfaction with the actions of the leadership of a political force. Now he is busy forming his party to participate in the new elections.
- In June 2020, MP from the Golos party Svyatoslav Vakarchuk announced the resignation of his deputy mandate.
