People’s Deputy from the “Servant of the People” Nikolai Tishchenko said that before appointing a minister, “servants” put before him KPIs (key performance indicators). According to the people’s deputy, those ministers who resigned, it was not fulfilled. But what is KPI Tishchenko found it difficult to answer.

Tishchenko commented to journalists on the sidelines of the Rada on the resignation of Roman Abramovsky from the post of Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine. The people’s deputy said that Abramovsky did not have enough time to assemble a strong team and “pull out his KPI”,
“We are responsible to the people of Ukraine. If a person did not do something in a very short time, he must leave. This is how we agreed when someone was elected to office.”, – said Tishchenko.
After that, the journalist asked the people’s deputy to explain to those who do not know what a KPI is.
“It’s important to be in charge of your things. I understand that you are on the hype.”, – said Tishchenko and left the journalist’s questions.
Later, the journalist in her social networks published a video of the conversation with Tishchenko and signed it like this: “What kind of beast is this KPI?”
