(ANSA) – TURIN, 05 NOV – Unauthorized demonstration, incitement to disobey the laws, resistance to a public official. These are the offenses that the Turin prosecutor is working on in relation to the No Vax and No Green pass parades that have taken place in the city in recent months. The initiative was taken following the sending of a substantial dossier by Digos, which according to what is learned would also have reported the names of about twenty people.
The episodes titled as resistance to a public official refer to clashes with the police that took place on two separate occasions in September. By unauthorized demonstration we mean a violation of the ‘consolidated text of public safety laws’, which concerns those who organize and promote the parades (not allowed by the anti Covid regulations) and, on paper, also those who speak during the demonstration.
