What is known about Zvyagilskiy
- He was born on February 20, 1933 in Stalino (now Donetsk). He was the director of the Kuibyshevskaya mine administration, and from November 1979 to November 1992 he was the director of the AF Zasyadko Mine.
- He was a people’s deputy from the first to the eighth convocations. In the last parliamentary elections in 2019, he did not run for the first time since 1990.
- As the oldest People’s Deputy, Zvyagilskiy opened the first meetings of the newly elected Rada in two convocations – the seventh in 2012 and the eighth in 2014.
- He was one of the co-founders and a former member of the Party of Regions. In the eighth convocation, he represented the Opposition bloc.
