(ANSA) – ROME, NOVEMBER 16 – The mayor of Rome Roberto Gualtieri met Prime Minister Mario Draghi this morning. “It was a very positive meeting, we tackled all the main issues concerning the future and the relaunch of Rome, starting with the NRP. We discussed infrastructures, mobility and the great challenges of the Jubilee and the Expo. We found a great deal attention and a great willingness on the part of President Draghi to support the relaunch of Rome. This is the start of a very positive collaboration “, said Gualtieri.

“The European resources and the new ones allocated in the budget law for mass public transport must be added to the approximately 1.5 billion for the Jubilee in action. For Rome there are more than 2 billion. I am satisfied and thank President Draghi” . This was stated by the mayor of Rome Roberto Gualtieri speaking at the end of the meeting with the premier. “We are working to ensure funds in the medium term especially for the provision of subways, Rome must have an adequate network”, added the mayor, also underlining the collaboration on the PNRR.

We are working hard to get out of this difficult situation regarding ordinary deposits “. (ANSA).
