(ANSA) – NUORO, NOV 26 – The first snow of the season has arrived in Sardinia: Fonni, in the Nuorese area, woke up this morning with the white peaks in Su Separadorju, at about 1400 meters. The temperatures are not yet those that favor the frosts: the mercury column in the village marks 6 degrees but at altitude it has reached around 2 degrees. Temperatures destined to drop significantly in the next few days. According to the weather report of the Decimomannu Air Force, on Sunday but especially on Monday the snow will descend to the low hill.
“For Sunday and Monday – explain the meteorologists from the Air Force – a significant drop in temperatures is expected even in the hills. A flow arriving from the Arctic areas will cause temperatures to plummet throughout the Mediterranean”. (HANDLE).
