(ANSA) – PALMI, 07 DEC – The owner of a private asylum in Palmi was denounced for personal aiding and abetting and three operators of the same structure for abandonment of minors by staff of the Police Station of the Police.
The investigations began after the complaint presented to the agents by the parents of a small visitor to the facility who complained of an attack suffered by their son at the hands of another child. The investigators, to reconstruct the facts, went to the asylum to get information from the owner and extrapolate the images of the video surveillance system present in the asylum. However, the agents found that the owner had deleted the entire memory from the video surveillance system and downloaded only part of the images to an external memory. The frames were however delivered to the policemen who were able to ascertain the attack that took place during the afternoon rest that had taken place for over 40 minutes without supervision.
The asylum holder was thus denounced for personal aiding and abetting given the cancellation of part of the images and the three operators for abandoning minors due to lack of control. (HANDLE).
