The weather alert, yellow level, which expired at 4 pm this afternoon, was in fact extended until 10 am tomorrow morning, Sunday 12 December, above all due to the possible triggering of landslides and rock falls even in the absence of precipitation, due to saturation of the soils. This was communicated by the Civil Protection of the Campania Region, recalling that the color code is not associated with rainfall, but with the risk that hydrogeological instability phenomena may occur (in addition to landslides, flooding, flooding, instability will still be possible). Temperatures are still lower and snowfalls are expected, especially in inland areas, already around 600 meters high.
