• On December 16, Petro Poroshenko had a row with the presenters of the Rada TV channel, whose studio is located on the sidelines of the parliament. The guest of the TV channel at that moment was the head of the committee on finance, tax and customs policy, Daniil Getmantsev.

• After the incident, the chairman of the Servant of the People faction, David Arakhamia, quoted the former president as saying that he did not “burst” on the TV channel’s live broadcast, but wanted to help a woman get into the toilet room.
