Poroshenko predicted a meeting with machine gunners in Ukraine

The situation with suspicion of the fifth president, Petro Poroshenko, was artificially created in order to confiscate his assets. This opinion was expressed on the air of the Ukraine 24 TV channel by ex-Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko.

How events will develop

According to Lutsenko, upon his return to Ukraine, Poroshenko will be sent to a pre-trial detention center, after which a preventive measure will be chosen in court.

Now that he will return he will be met at the airport by submachine gunners, because he will allegedly be on the Ukrainian wanted list. What Poroshenko is suspected of

• In May, the journalists of the Bihus.Info project published the first part of the investigation, which is based on the recordings of telephone conversations of Viktor Medvedchuk, a suspect in high treason. In conversations with them, Medvedchuk repeatedly refers to the fact that the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin were instructed to negotiate and play the role of mediator. However, there are no records of conversations with either Poroshenko or Putin in the material.
• On October 8, People’s Deputy from the PLO and Putin’s godfather Viktor Medvedchuk was informed of a new suspicion – he was charged with high treason and assistance to the activities of the “LPR” / “DPR” terrorist organizations.
• On the same day, the head of the Security Service, Ivan Bakanov, said that law enforcement officers would check the involvement of the fifth president, Petro Poroshenko, and the former head of the National Bank, Valeria Gontareva, in this case.
• On November 12, the SBU reported the suspicion to ex-Energy Minister Vladimir Demchishin, who is also credited with “schematosis” with coal and criminal orders.
• On December 17, Petro Poroshenko ignored the request of investigators of the State Bureau of Investigation to receive a summons for interrogation in the case of coal trade with CADLO and fled from them in a car, shouting words that were very similar to profanity.
• 20th of December Poroshenko announced suspicion of high treason, and also re-summoned to the State Bureau of Investigation to serve a petition for a measure of restraint. The production is carried out according to h. 1 and h. 3 of Art. 258-5 (financing of terrorism), part 1 of art. 111 (high treason) and Part 1 of Art. 258-3 (assistance to the activities of a terrorist organization) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanctions of the articles provide for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of up to 15 years with or without confiscation of property.
