(ANSA) – ASCOLI PICENO, 04 JAN – False in public deed for 150 attestations of the administration of an anti-Covid vaccine that would not have taken place, but which would have allowed the Green pass, deemed false, to be issued for vaccination to 73 subjects. It is one of the accusations made against a general practitioner of Ascoli Piceno, who has an agreement with Asur, arrested today by the carabinieri of the provincial command of Ascoli Piceno on the orders of the investigating magistrate also for embezzlement in relation to 120 anti-Covid doses withdrawn from the center vaccination of Ascoli which, according to the prosecutor Umberto Monti, the doctor would have discarded, without having inoculated them.
The order of the investigating judge of Ascoli, which applies pre-trial detention in prison for the doctor, also affects one of the 73 people who obtained the Green pass considered false, for whom home detention was instead ordered. All the Green passes found to be fake were seized; cell phones and other material were also seized from the interested parties which, for the Ascoli Prosecutor’s Office, are useful for reconstructing the exact boundaries of the affair.
The crime of forgery in collaboration with the doctor is hypothesized against each of the 73 subjects in possession of false Green Passes, who is also investigated for aggravated fraud against Asur regarding the emoluments provided for each dose administered. (HANDLE).
