The Human Foundation and Eni are looking forward to the new year in the name of social innovation.
On the digital platform, from 2 December to 21 January 2022, “Paths of Social Innovation”, a real “talent of the Third Sector”. This is a training project dedicated to organizations, associations, social enterprises and non-profit organizations in Central and Southern Italy. 45 companies have been selected to become part of this “Social Innovation Academy” entirely dedicated to strengthening the managerial skills of the participants, with the aim of maximizing the social impact generated on the territories. From governance to project management up to socio-environmental impact assessment and fundraising: these are the in-depth subjects covered by the training, useful for Third Sector organizations that want to make a qualitative leap in the post-Covid season, in which they multiply new inequalities and social needs. The training activity of “Paths of Social Innovation” is in progress in these days and until January 20, 2022. The 45 selected actors participate in 5 training modules for a total of 30 hours. At the end of the training course, each participating organization that wishes to can present a project work.

The 5 most deserving projects will move on to the next phase: that of acceleration and capacity building. This phase takes the form of an overall accompaniment path provided by the professionals of the Human Foundation. Each selected organization will be followed through a support action aimed at increasing the impact of the projects presented.
