(ANSA) – ANCONA, 13 JAN – He is “repentant” and “realized his mistakes” but claims to be only “a link in the chain and certainly not the organizer”, Emanuele Luchetti, 51 year old professional nurse from Falconara (Ancona) arrested by the Flying Squad on charges of pretending to administer vaccines at the “Paolinelli” hub in Ancona (there are also video surveillance videos in the pits among the evidence; at the moment there are no other doctors or officials responsible of the vaccination hub) in exchange for sums of money that even exceeded 300 euros for each ‘service’. This morning, in prison in Ancona, flanked by his lawyer, lawyer. Marta Balestra, decided to answer the questions of the investigating judge Carlo Masini.
The accusations against him range from embezzlement to corruption to false ideologies; continued crimes and, in some cases, in conjunction with four people who ended up under house arrest considered to be intermediaries in the round of ‘bluff’ vaccines in exchange for money, and another 45 (recipients of undue Green Passes) burdened with residence obligations. Luchetti replied, the defender said, to “clarify his position in the affair”; he reported that he “succumbed to the pressure received from those who set up this mechanism, certainly driven by continuing economic problems; but he also intended to highlight how he, forced into custody, is instead just a link in the chain and certainly not the ‘manager”.
