(ANSA) – ROME, JAN 14 – Five convictions for the perpetrators of the attack against two boys “guilty” of wearing the Cinema America T-shirt have been solicited by the Rome Public Prosecutor’s Office. The incident took place on June 16, 2019 in the Trastevere area, one of the victims reported the fracture of the nasal septum.
During his indictment, the prosecutor Eugenio Albamonte asked the single judge of piazzale Clodio to sentence the two young people who materially carried out the attack to 2 and a half years and a third accused who ordered the two victims to remove their t-shirts. For the other two defendants, the prosecutor asked for a 2-year sentence for participating in the violent action. Against the defendants, all close to far-right circles, the accusations are, depending on the position, of concurrent and aggravated injuries and violence. (HANDLE).
