(ANSA) – ROME, 14 JAN – There are five precautionary measures applied today as part of the investigation into the assault on the CGIL which took place on 9 October last. The proceeding assumes the crimes of devastation and looting.
In particular, two people ended up under house arrest and for another three the residence obligation was triggered. The Forza Nuova leader Giuseppe Bonanno Conti from Catania, who ended up under house arrest, was also reached. In the provision of the investigating judge, in addition to the criminal association, the resistance with violence perpetrated against the police is also contested.
In this morning’s operation of the Digos of the State Police, a Genoese linked to the “No Green Pass” movements also ended up under house arrest. For the rest, also belonging to movements that arose following the pandemic emergency, the precautionary measures of the obligation to stay in the municipality of residence for a Bolognese activist and the presentation before the Judicial Police against two Romans were ordered.
