(ANSA) – PRATO, 21 JAN – The surviving family members of Luana D’Orazio, the young worker who died on 3 May 2021 in an accident at work in the textile company where she worked in Montemurlo (Prato), are entitled to 166,000 euros in compensation from part of Inail. The compensation was calculated by the institution on the basis of its tables. According to what is learned, the sum of the compensation from Inail should have as the only beneficiary the son of Luana, who is now 6 years old. He will receive the sum not all together but over time, up to the age of majority.
In the phase of his minor age, the compensation, as it is paid, will be administered by the guardians, the maternal grandparents.
On the other hand, the compensation of the company’s insurance is being calculated. For her part, just a few days ago, Luana Coppini, the textile entrepreneur of the company where Luana D’Orazio died, had asked her insurance company to compensate Luana’s family as soon as possible. (HANDLE).
