(ANSA) – PAVIA, 01 FEB – New investigations are underway in the villa of Calignano, a hamlet of Cura Carpignano (Pavia), of Barbara Pasetti, the 40-year-old physiotherapist who ended up in prison on charges of attempted extortion in the context of investigation into the murder of Luigi Criscuolo, 60, known by everyone in Pavia as Gigi Bici. The agents of the mobile squad participate in the research, together with personnel from the scientific police and dog units.
The house has been under seizure since January 20, the day of Barbara Pasetti’s arrest (also under investigation for murder or body concealment). The police are carrying out the checks both inside the villa and in the courtyard. Today’s inspection follows the long search on January 20.
Gigi Bici had disappeared from home on the morning of Monday 8 November; on the same day he was killed with a gunshot to the right temple, as emerged from the autopsy.
The man’s body was found on the afternoon of Monday 20 December in a field of Calignano, in front of the villa of Barbara Pasetti. (HANDLE).
