(ANSA) – PORDENONE, 01 FEB – “It is not time for declarations, but for respectful silence for the victims of this accident and their terrible pain”: Gianni Massanzana, lawyer of the Bulgarian entrepreneur of 61 years old, a long time resident in Pordenone, in prison on charges of road homicide, failed rescue and escape, after having collided and killed two cousins aged 26 and 20 with their SUV, Sunday evening, along the A28 motorway, near Azzano Decimo. At the time of the arrest, the man had an alcohol content three times over the permitted limit.
“In the afternoon I will meet my client to outline the defensive strategy – added the lawyer -, but our line will not change. We will remain silent in deference to the tragedy that has struck these families”. (HANDLE).
