(ANSA) – VARESE, 06 FEB – Two sixteen-year-olds were denounced by the Varese Police for resistance and violence to a public official, personal injury, damage and an attack on transport safety. The two threw a 15-kilo stone from an overpass and, once discovered, engaged in a fight with the agents who then blocked them.
The Police had been on their trail for a few days due to an anomalous series of accidents with minor damage that occurred at the Buguggiate motorway junction on the A8. La Polstrada, having acquired the complaints also presented to other police offices, have kept an eye in particular on some boys who frequented a playground adjacent to the highway. Two of the young people, late in the evening and left alone, got on the Overpass 38 and threw a 15 kg granite boulder on the roadway causing an accident between three cars, without injuries. The two boys tried in vain to escape and a fight ensued during which one of the officers was injured in the face and hand.
The 16-year-olds are resident in the neighboring municipalities, a short distance from the overpass, and have been entrusted to their families.
One of the two had already been reported in the past for damages, injuries and threats. He had a small amount of drugs in his pocket. The other guy has a clean record. (HANDLE).
