(ANSA) – BOLZANO, 16 FEB – The Commission of Twelve (the joint body for the implementation rules of the Special Statute, ed.) Yesterday approved the draft for the transfer of the administrative staff of the Revenue Agency to the Autonomous Province of Bolzano. In two weeks the text will be discussed with the trade unions and after some adjustments it can be sent to the competent ministries for their evaluations.

This was announced by Senator Svp Meinhard Durnwalder to the Dolomiten newspaper. The ‘provincialization’ of administrative staff was already foreseen by a law of 2013 and should lead to a reduction in waiting times at the counters, the newspaper writes.

The ministries, on the other hand, have already given their green light to change the bar exam in South Tyrol. To address the shortage of German-speaking members of the examining board, they may also be called Innsbruck university professors in the future. The Commission of Six, on the other hand, dealt with sports autonomy in South Tyrol. The Union of German-speaking sports associations Vss and that of Italian-speaking Ussa will become autonomous provincial committees of Coni. (HANDLE).
