The President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella arrived in Piazza Unità d’Italia, in Trieste, for a one-day visit that includes three appointments, the first at the Government Palace, in the same square, for the transfer of the building formerly Narodni dom from the University of Trieste to the Narodni dom Foundation.
Immediately afterwards, the Head of State will move to the University of Studies, for the inauguration ceremony of the 2021/2022 academic year, on the occasion of the 98th year of its foundation.
The Head of State, at 12.20 pm, will also pay a visit to the Public Company of Personal Services – ITIS, an autonomous public body, a modern service center where the elderly can find services related to their age with different essential levels of assistance.
