YouTrend, center-right-center-left almost paired in the capitals

Energy, Giovannini:

The picture of the results of the lists in the administrative elections is further completed with the inclusion of the capital municipalities of Sicily and Friuli-Venezia Giulia, previously not considered in the calculation in the YouTrend process. With this addition, the total of the center-right lists returns to the front, but only by half a point (42.3% against 41.8%) compared to the center-left.

Other news: the figure of the PD – which confirms itself as the first party – is now higher than that of the center-left civics, while the total of center-right civics falls below 20%.

Among the center-right lists, FDI maintains the record (10.9%) while it is head-to-head between the Lega and Forza Italia, both just over 6%. Finally, in this latest YouTrend processing, the M5S figure is confirmed below 3%. This is what we read in the analysis prepared by YouTrend on the vote in local elections.

The calculation of the aggregate data of the party lists, on the occasion of administrative elections is inevitably vitiated by several factors: first of all the (strong) presence of civic lists, but also the fact that – often – many national parties do not present their lists in all of them. the realities to vote. This is what we read in an analysis by YouTrend on administrative elections. To obtain a more realistic figure of the electoral consistency, therefore, a new YouTrend elaboration calculated the data obtained by each of the main national parties taking into account only the municipalities in which each party was present with its own symbol. In this new elaboration, based on the total of the 26 provincial municipalities, the primacy of the PD is confirmed with 16.5% ahead of FDI (10.1%), followed by Lega and FI (6.4% and 6.2% respectively). Note the “leap” of Action / + Europe, which occurred only in a minority of the municipalities to vote and which in this new calculation rises to 4.6%, exceeding the M5S – which in any case also rises to 3.8 %. Another interesting indication concerns ItalExit, the party of Gianluigi Paragone, which with 1.8% does better than Italia Viva (1.1%).
