In a first scenario, therefore, a center-left field is considered to be composed of PD, Left / Greens, Civic Commitment (the new political creature of Tabacci and Di Maio) and Action / + Europe, without Movimento 5 Stelle and Italia Viva. In the second scenario, instead, Action / + Europe would break away from the coalition centered on the PD to create a center pole with Italia Viva. In this case the center left he would lose 12 uninominals in the House and 4 in the Senate.

Of these 16 colleges that the center-left would lose if the PD-Action alliance fails, 15 would end up in the center-right and 1, that of Acerra della Camera, in the 5 Star Movement. In the Chamber, of the 11 single-member colleges that would end up in the center-right, 5 would cover areas of Rome, Milan, Turin, 2 parts of Liguria (Genoa included) and the remaining 4 would be located between Tuscany and Romagna. In the Senate, however, the 4 colleges in question would be that of Trento, that of Ravenna and 2 of the 3 uninominal into which Rome is divided for the election of Palazzo Madama.
