(ANSA) – PERUGIA, NOV 15 – The trial that sees the former councilor of the CSM Luca Palamara accused of corruption, together with Adele Attisani, for his relations with the entrepreneur Fabrizio Centofanti (who has already negotiated).
In today’s hearing, the request for a civil action was formalized, among others, by the Superior Council of the Judiciary, the National Association of Magistrates and the Ministry of Justice.
Palamara was not in the courtroom today while the prosecutor Raffaele Cantone and the substitutes Gemma Miliani and Mario Formisano were present for the prosecution.
The president of the court Carla Giangamboni authorized the audio-video footage of the trial. (HANDLE).
