The ruling of the Council next month focuses on the admissibility of the eight questions. The six on justice were promoted by the Radicals and the League and by 9 regional councils governed by the center-right (Basilicata, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Liguria, Lombardy, Piedmont, Sardinia, Sicily, Umbria, Veneto). They concern the election of the toga councilors of the CSM, civil liability and assessments on the professionalism of judges, the separation of careers between judges and prosecutors, preventive detention and the Severino law. Over one million and 200 thousand signatures deposited in the Supreme Court last October by Marco Cappato of the Luca Coscioni Association and by the other volunteers of the committee promoting the referendum that wants to introduce legal euthanasia. For the first time, 400,000 subscriptions were collected online. Digital signatures, this time over 600 thousand, have also supported the question on cannabis, which wants to decriminalize cultivation and personal use, promoted by the associations Luca Coscioni, Meglio Legale, Forum Droghe, Societa ‘della Ragione, Antigone and by the parties + Europe, Possible and Italian Radicals.
