Frank Zander has to vacate his apartment. The pop singer has lost the process surrounding his termination in the first instance and has to move out by October 31, as the Charlottenburg district court decided. The “Bild” had initially reported about it.
This was preceded by a dispute between Zander and his landlord, the entrepreneur Michael Pribil from Pullach near Munich.
The owner had renovated the roof of Zander’s house in Charlottenburg in order to create four new apartments there. Frank Zander and his wife, who have lived on the fourth floor for 54 years, had felt massively affected by the construction site during the corona lockdown.
After several incidents, the dispute escalated when Zander spoke of the “assholes from Munich” on a broadcast on “Bild”. Thereupon the singer got the termination without notice, against which he is now defending himself in court. Both parties had already announced in advance that they would appeal if they lost.
