(ANSA) – BEIJING, FEBRUARY 14 – The IOC announced that it had ‘warned’ with a warning the Ukrainian skeleton athlete Vladyslav Heraskevych who, at the end of one of his tests, had shown the cameras a sign with the words “No War In Ukraine”. The spokesman for the Olympic committee Mark Adams made it known during the press briefing.
Adams specified that the Ukrainian committee was made aware of the fact, and revealed that “when the fact happened, we immediately conversed with the team of the athlete, to whom we explained the matter.
