(ANSA) – ROME, FEBRUARY 19 – The 75% capacity for sports facilities can be applied “to all stadiums in any area located. Evidently on the assumption that access to the stadium is allowed only with the super green pass” . The “interpretative clarification” comes from the Serie A League which, in agreement with the FIGC, returns in a note to the new anti-Covid rules regarding the number of spectators who can access the outdoor sports facilities.
“A systematic reading of the rules and in particular the provision that abrogates the difference between zones if equipped with super green-pass – writes the Lega -, leads peacefully to argue that the rule referred to in the law of 18 February 2022 n.11, which verbatim states that ‘in the white area the permitted capacity cannot exceed 75%’, must be interpreted in the sense that the permitted capacity of 75% can be applied to all stadiums in any area located “.
