(ANSA) – ROME, MAY 20 – Banca Mediolanum, sponsor of the mountain Grand Prix at the cycling Giro d’Italia for the 20th year, organizes ‘A ride in the Giro’ in Valle d’Aosta, dedicated to customers and enthusiasts to experience the excitement of the course with them, anticipating the race by a few hours. The amateur ride will start from Aosta together with the former champions and historical testimonials of Banca Mediolanum: Maurizio Fondriest and Paolo Bettini. The group in the blue jersey will leave together with the testimonials on Sunday at 11.45 from the family banker office in Aosta, in via Chambey 206, towards the finish line in Cogne.
Another ride will start from Rivarolo Canavese together with Francesco Moser and Gianni Motta. The group in the blue jersey will start together with the testimonials on Sunday at 8.15 am from via Carisia. (HANDLE).
