With the victory at the Stuttgart tournament, Matteo Berrettini climbs up six positions and returns to the Top 20 of the Atp Race To Turin, which determines the qualifiers for the Nitto Atp Finals scheduled at the Pala Alpitour in Turin from 13 to 20 November. With 1,195 points the Italian, third blue with more trophies to his credit from 1968 to today and only three games lost on grass in the last three years, is 17th and can still aim for qualification.
All unchanged, however, in the top ten positions of the Race to Turin. In the ranking led by the Spaniards Nadal and Alcaraz, the first of the Italians is Jannik Sinner, 12th with 1,430 points. In the doubles, Simone Bolelli and Fabio Fognini remain in the running for the Nitto Atp Finals.
The Pepperstone Race to Milan, the under 21 ranking that qualifies the eight participants in the Intesa Sanpaolo Next Gen Atp Finals, scheduled from 8 to 12 November at the Allianz Cloud in Milan, is increasingly blue. There are three Italian tennis players in the top 10, seven among the top 20, which become nine considering the first 30 of this ranking which takes into account the ATP points earned starting from January 1, 2022.
