(ANSA) – QUEZON CITY, 26 JUN – Fifth success in the Volleyball Nations League for the Italian men’s national team, which today won 3-0 (25-19, 25-16, 25-21) from the match against Slovenia.
A very convincing proof offered by Giannelli and his teammates, absolute masters of the field for the entire match. And it is also a very important 3-0 for the European champions, especially as regards the general classification of the tournament, in which Italy collected 5 wins and 16 points in the first seven games.
Against Slovenia the Azzurri were superior in every statistic: 6 aces to 0, 6 blocks to 4 and 57% in attack against 45% opponent.
