Agreement between FIGC, Lega Pro, Aic on vocational apprenticeship

(ANSA) – ROME, 02 JUL – The professionalizing apprenticeship becomes a reality in the world of football. Figc, Lega Pro and Aic, inform in a joint note, have signed an addendum to the collective agreement aimed at defining a set of rules and tools to be made available to the companies that want to use the institute.

The signing of the agreement, it is explained, moves from a shared awareness: the apprenticeship must guarantee athletes the best acquisition of sporting professionalism and allow valid training courses. This opportunity was introduced in the 2022 Budget Law as a result of the work carried out by the FIGC and its president, Gabriele Gravina.

The next step will be to make the forms available to the clubs to proceed operationally and to define the consequent implementation measures with the INPS. For this reason, the addendum to the collective agreement provides for an ad hoc transitional rule that allows the clubs not to block the operations of the clubs with the possibility, until 31 October, to modify, in the presence of the regulatory requirements, the preliminary contracts. and those signed from 1 July, in apprenticeship contracts.
